New in-person support hours start January 16
Beginning on Tuesday, January 16, our in-person customer service hours will be available from 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. on weekdays, to align with team capacity.
This change aims to optimize our service delivery during peak hours and ensure we continue providing an excellent customer service experience. For any inquiries or concerns outside of in-person hours, please note that our team will be actively monitoring emails.
